Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Job Title role is to:
• Contribute to further development and deploy principles of EMEA Vision Care internet channel strategy on major ECEC (Czech) internet customers
• Lead achievement of business objectives by implementation of commercial solutions with designated internet channel customers
• Develop online activities together with key internal and external stakeholders
• Track and monitor development of the internet channel performance in ECEC cluster
• Coordinate and communicate with other countries/clusters, where the major ECEC Internet customers are also active
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of the internet channel strategy and its operational structure
• Develop relation with local ECEC internet accounts. Understand the competitive landscape in Czech Republic
• Track status of local contract implementation process and follow-up on activity plans
• Develop category management best practices tailored for the internet channel together with EMEA internet channel manager
• Work closely together with ECEC internet customers to understand and learn their needs and behavior
• Close communication and alignment with EMEA VC leadership team and Retail Key Account Management
• Best Practice Sharing with other internet KAMs across Europe.

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• University Degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Background preferably in FMCG
• Strategic key account management / sales management experience of 3-5 years
• Experienced in working across functions and matrix organizations, strong ability in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a great variety of people
• Willingness to learn and develop within an online sales area
• Persuasive ability
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Outstanding communication skills both internally as well as externally
