•Work closely with cross-functional groups in order to provide Order management support to our affiliates/distributors ensuring the needs of our international markets are met in a timely manner.
•Collaborate with representatives from cross-functional groups to provide system, operational and order management support to all of Alcon's global markets.
•In collaboration with cross-functional groups is responsible for the coordination and allocation of products throughout Alcon's international markets.
•Manage international orders for our affiliate and distributor markets, working closely with APL to ensure orders are process in a timely manner and within affiliate/markets requirements.
•Collaborates with representatives from cross-functional groups to identify and resolve business/order issues in a timely manner.
•Monitors developed reports, analyze and initiate appropriate actions in order to meet Alcon's global business requirements.
•Responsible for 1st level technical support for services performed on behalf of Global Customer Service.
•Analyzes technical problems and responds with quality solutions.
•Documents, interprets and translates user needs and issues into functional requirements for system capabilities and reporting.
• Creates scripts and executes CRP, Validation and regression testing.
•Develops and maintains technical tables and code within applications that support Global Supply Chain's global business needs.
•Analyzes and researches issues and make effective business decisions related to the deployment of system resources.
•Develops reporting to support business analysis, performance review a financial controls such as Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

Desired profile

•Bachelor Degree
•Fluency in English essential, knowledge/Fluency of at least one other language preferred
