• Support IGM (Information Governance & Management) activities for projects and applications within the country IT portfolio.
• Deliver IGM services to help ensure that information and IT systems are adequately protected against unauthorized disclosure (confidentiality), unauthorized alteration (integrity), unavailability (availability) and non-compliance.
• Proactively work with IT and business stakeholders to help facilitate and guide in the implementation of and compliance with the IGM Policy and control framework
• Facilitate and guide in the implementation of and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for information management and IT.
• Rollout IGM activities according to the Global IGM strategy in alignment with relevant business stakeholders (e.g. QA, IT, Legal, Finance, etc.).
• Support and facilitate internal and external audits and assessments related to IT compliance, information / IT security and information management.
• Ensure usage of the methodology, tools and templates provided by Global IGM.
• Contribute to communication and distribution of the Global IGM strategy.
• Contributes to management and reporting of information and IT risks within the Country.
• Operational support in relation to Information inventory management, classification of information (HLCCD), and documentation requirements.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Level of collaboration and awareness achieved with business and IT units in relation to IT compliance.
• Ability to correctly present information risks to the Country IGM Head, IT & Business stakeholder.
• The level to which incidents that occurred during the year were totally unpredicted or unexpected.
• Outcome of internal and external audit findings (audit reports) and IGM Control Maturity assessments on a Country level.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team.
• Credibility with business and IT stakeholders.

Desired profile
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
• University bachelor level degree in a business or technical area or comparable education/experience
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar or related role.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English
Desirable:
• Experienced IT Compliance Professional, IT Auditor, Chief Information Security Officer or Information Risk Manager.
• Professional information security certification, such as CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001.
• Professional (information system) risk, privacy or audit certification such as CIA, CISA, CGEIT or CRISC.
• Experience with GxP / CSV / e-compliance requirements in an IT context.
• Understanding of general privacy requirements in an IT context.
• Experience in IT security advisory or vulnerability management.
• Experience with SOX IT compliance requirements.
