Requirements:
• IT experience in operations and system management tasks
• Proven experience in the area of Identity and Access Management services
• More than 1 year experience supporting a globally spanned (international) environment
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Federation is a benefit
• Excellent understanding of IT and IT security
• Experience with working in a regulated environment (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy)
• University working and thinking level, degree in computer science or comparable education / experience
• In-depth knowledge of at least one Identity and Access Management product
• Analytical skill
• Good written, presentation and verbal communication skills
• Fluency (oral and written) in English, any additional language is a plus

Job purpose
The IAM Security Operator performs the support, operational, monitoring and control activities to ensure that the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform is available for use and protected from unauthorized access and data manipulation.

Key Responsibilities
• Periodically review the IAM platform for security vulnerabilities, security breaches and security attacks.
• Control all required security relevant activities such as the modification of identities and access rights according to established procedures.
• Initiate the standard security incident management process as required.
• Periodically verify whether the external operations team works according to the defined processes.
