HR Operations Specialist with Slovak language
Job Summary:
Acts as a first level of contact for Employees, Managers and divisional HR seeking support on HR processes, policies, data & applications in the assigned areas of workforce administration and HR System Support
Requirements:
• Master's degree (HR or Finance/Payroll preferable) or equivalent combination of high education and 1-2 years experience in HR and/or Payroll
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
• Native language /Professional level of Slovak
• Another language is a plus
• Extensive Personnel Administration, Organizational Management processes related experience, Payroll related processes is a plus
• SAP HR Modul – PA experience, SAP HR Modul - OM experience
• Experience within an HR shared services environment is beneficial

Job purpose
Responsible for data management, transactional services and reports for workforce administration: Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Time and Attendance (T&A), Payroll (PY) in his/her area of responsibility.
Provides first line support for HR services in scope of HR Services by efficient resolution of customer requests.
Provides 2nd level expert services in the assigned areas of Process Management, Training & Communication, Country Organisation Administration, HR System Support and Payroll Management.
