Manage FC&C Operations PMO with various activities in support of: • Establishing FC&C Operations above country setup and operations • Integrating FC&C Operations into the new model • Ensuring day to day operations
1. Support FC&C planning and reporting, including o Reporting on status of FC&C toolkit updates, budget management etc o Month end reporting o Coordination and collection of data for Ad hoc requests (e.g. special projects, survey etc.) 2. Provide operational support for tracking and reporting of key department deliverables and productivity metrics 3. Manage Customer satisfaction survey administration and compilation of detailed report for FC&Cs 4. Project Management: collect and compile input from the PMO and FC&C LT member to allow regular tracking and reporting on progress of initiatives and projects 5. Communications: Support FC&C LT in collection of information and development of presentations and other communication materials 6. Support PMO in setting up FC&C Operations intranet site and migrating relevant information; ensure maintenance of the intranet site going forward and support teams to ensure FC&C operations website is up to date. 7. Support PMO in collection and delivery of input required for FRA PMO 8. Support PMO and Head of FC&C in any other matter relevant to the organization
Desired profile
• Education: Solid educational background, MBA or Chartered Accountant • Languages: Fluent in English • Experience: Proven knowledge of Financial Accounting processes and project management methodology and tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills applied in complex environments (e.g. matrix/divisional organizations). Experienced with SOX and related IT controls/audit requirements.
