To provide effective administrative support
Ensure that all administrative functions are handled professionally, efficiently and accurately.
Appointments and meetings accurately arranged and diarised.
Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers and ensure all contact is made in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
Travel arrangements made well in advance where possible.
Travel documents ready timeously - air tickets, passport, visa, foreign currency, car hire vouchers, hotel reservations, airport parking and or transfers.
Promote a positive corporate culture amongst internal and external customers.
