Key responsibilities:
•Maintain facility compliance to internal documentation standards and procedures.
•Control and distribution of documents to Regulatory, Corporate and facility requirements.
•Address and ensure effective corrective action where problems arise.
•Administer the ECO/DCO process and ensure effective operation in a timely manner according to procedural requirements.
•Administer the DCM (Documentum Compliance Manager) process and ensure effective operation according to procedural requirements.
•Representing Documentation on allocated projects as required.
•Administer the records retention system for allocated records to satisfy site needs.
•Scanning of records to satisfy site requirements.
•Maintain daily, weekly, monthly statistical measures to evaluate team performance.

Desired profile

The ideal candidate will have:
•Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
•A certificate in an administrative or business discipline is an advantage.
•3 years' experience in a similar role in the Medical Device/Pharma industry.
•Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Strong IT systems knowledge; and Word, Excel.
•Experience with JD Edwards, Catsweb or similar ERP system.
•Experience with Documentum Compliance Manager.
