The primary focus of this position will be to manage the effective transition of Talent Acquisition and Staffing services into the NBS Global Service Centers.
The position is primarily accountable for leading and project managing the overall transition of Talent Acquisition and Staffing services to the NBS Global Service Centers.
Key Responsibilities
o Initiating and mobilizing the transition project teams across service delivery, operations and enabling functions
o Conducting detailed transition planning to meet service go-live commitments
o Tracking and resolving any issues that may delay or risk transition timelines
o Initiating corrective actions as appropriate to manage delays to avoid impact to timelines and costs
o Establishing and managing relationships with project stakeholders
o Managing expectations across key internal and external stakeholders of the project
o Ensuring transition deliverables are prepared with high level of quality, timeliness and within budget
o Reporting transition progress at defined intervals to management teams (Program Manager and PMO) for effective governance and timely issue resolution
o Reviewing and managing changes through the transition lifecycle
o Documenting and sharing project learning for continuous improvements
o Process mapping
o Operational excellence and continuous improvement of services
o Change management – building the case for change with key stakeholders, building local sponsorship for change, implementing the change and “making it stick”
• Management of transition budget to targets
• Implementation of transition methodology and end-to-end ownership till process stabilization
• Achievement of project plans according to planned schedules
• Internal customer satisfaction with quality and timeliness of the transition

Requirements:
Novartis is currently recruiting for an individual demonstrating the following:
• Undergraduate Degree; MBA or equivalent management experience preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional language preferred.
• Significant experience of managing multi-functional Transitions, Migrations & Change Management with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in a specialist transition role within a large and complex international environment
• Strong experience in managing and mitigating transition risks
• Experience of transitioning services, preferably in an outsourcing or shared services environment
• Strong experience of managing and rolling out the change associated with implementation of new business models
• Desirable to have experience of HR or Staffing transformation
