•The Clinical Operations Specialist will be required to work on multiple projects.
•Tasks will include but are not limited to:
•Coordinate training requests for all Surgical equipment post sale
•Assist in maintaining online training system
•Assist with metric gathering and reporting
•Create training assignments for clinical teams
•COS will be main point of contact for new equipment installation trainings
•COS will coordinate all required parties to conduct trainings, communication with customer for pre-training requirements, continued communication with customer on training needs
•COS will update online training system as new equipment is installed, addresses are updated, etc.
•COS will review survey results presented to management to measure areas of success and areas that need to be addressed within team
•COS will escalate customer training needs as necessary • COS will ensure SOPs and Job Aides are followed

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

•High school diploma required. Associate’s degree minimum preferred
•English
•1-2 years experience in a customer service or medical information role with interaction with field-based personnel and/or direct contact with customers
•Very strong analytical ability
•Experience in field resource deployment preferred
• Knowledge of cataract and laser refractive surgery and equipment a plus
•Ability to work outside normal business hours (CST)
