Job Description

The Business Governance Coordinator will be responsible for the Business Financial compliance, the Operational Process Excellence and provide support in various corporate iniziatives. He/She will be the IGM Lead Coordinator To support associates in Information Security (ISEC) and Records Management matters. He/She will support the Head of Finance and the Finance team in different finance projectds (eg. WH audit project...).

Compliance and Operational Excellence: • Coordinate Lighthouse project activities (Meetings with FC&C, Compliance Manager, Hd FSC, CFO, CEO), Meeting minutes, Newsletter, inform Management Team, etc. • Prepare the compliance meeting agenda together with Compliance manager ("Only Once Findings", SP3, CLC, etc.) IGM Coordinator: • Support local business and administrative processes with respect to ISEC and Records Management procedures • Assist in providing ISEC awareness training • Support associates in the risk management process (IGM Inventories, Classifications, ISEC Risk Assessments ) • Identify projects and processes that should be supported by IGM Corporate Internal Support: • Coordinator business GRC user access & risk violation Overview SAP user access requests (4 Eyes principle - Business side) • Coordinator business GRC role owner: Maintenance of business SAP roles & review of role ownership • Coordinator Superuser in Business (NOVASOL): Coordinate other superusers in ticket creation & follow up (4 eyes principle) • Support various corporate finance activities Lean improvement & Projects • Tracker & Follow up control: Create control tracker (SOP, CLC, NFCM, etc.) for Mgt Team & business overview • Local SOP coordinator & compliance: Maintain a good overview of local SOP & ensure compliance thereof • SPOC project ESDMS (Electronic Sandoz Document Management System): Contact person & work with QA with regards to new ESDMS system • Various audits SPOC support (PwC, KPMG, IA Novartis): - Internal Audit - Finance Audit - Wholesalers Audit

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Degree in Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent) Fluent in Dutch both written and spoken Excellent command of technical English, both written and spoken 3-5 years experience in a similar role Good knowledge of the business processes of the function Project management experience
