We're looking for a passionate, energetic Mobile Business Analyst / Project Manager to work in our new Mobile Solutions Team

•Be detailed and quality focused - our app KPI's are often linked to patient wellbeing and your performance should reflect that
•Work with business and technical teams, across multiple locations, to support the development of business requirements for multiple simultaneous projects
•Take ownership of the Business Analysis inputs in projects, coordinating activities, managing deadlines and escalating risks and issues
•Have solid project management experience delivering projects end-to-end around a scoped solution or service
•Monitor all major project activities, ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and deployment standards
•Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion, including: scoping, planning, execution, close down and transition to Operations
•Facilitate workshops (local and virtual) with business stakeholders to develop requirement
•Work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers and Developers
•Act as key liaison between business and technical teams, including building and managing relationships with business functions
•Apply problem solving techniques and product capability knowledge
•Guide vendor teams in transforming business requirements into IT solutions
•Work across other centers of excellence in Digital, Analytics and CRM to provide a complete solution to customers
•Regularly assess whether projects continue to meet business objectives and to use funds efficiently, ensuring that the project is managed to realize business benefits
•Ensure projects are managed in accordance with Novartis policies and guidelines

•Documentation such as business process analysis and design is available, correct and complete

•Ability to blend creative, problem-solving, and technical skills for refining existing theories or developing new system approaches to seize opportunities and sustain business success
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport and gains understanding and consent
Desired profile
•Experience in managing projects and leading business requirements definition for multiple simultaneous projects for large enterprise wide software applications
•A minimum experience of 3 years in business analysis and 3 years in project management
•A technical knowledge of mobile app development across native and hybrid environments
•PMP / PRINCE2 certification and experience with agile project methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
•Excellent workshop/interview facilitation skills
•Strong experience in delivering projects with near shore and offshore vendors
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written), including the ability to articulate complex processes and concepts to non-experts
•Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at a senior business level
•Proven experience in best in class analytical, research and problem solving techniques
•Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
•Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate
•Must be a self-starter, highly driven and willing to make decisions as appropriate
•Knowledge of the compliance and risk requirements of business mobile apps in the health market
•Ability to work within large cross functional teams in a global organization
•Experience working in the Health or Pharma industry
•Experience of working in an agile development environment
•University degree in technical or business area
•Languages: Fluent English written and spoken
