Analyze and understand business environment of assigned area, in order to translate requirements into technical documentation and leverage technology for most effective value creation for Drug Development IT/technology solutions/services for Global Clinical Operations (GCO). Participate in full lifecycle, from ideation to requirements elicitation, business process design, support of implementation and rollout of solutions. Define and document business functions and processes. Analyze complex business logic of systems interfacing with Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). Analyze, validate and verify requirements and specs from business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) in Joint Application Design (JAD) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions. Analyze impact of requirements on existing systems. Conduct assessments of processes and data to detail business and user requirements. Perform Data Analysis, Modeling and Mapping for existing and new systems, working with User Requirement Specification, Integration Requirement Specification, Business Process flows, Design Document, Integration Requirements Document, Integration Design Document and Requirement Traceability Matrix documents. Perform data analysis using tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Analytics, Oracle BI Publisher, Cognos, Actuate. Perform data modeling using TOAD and Oracle SQL Developer. Lead authoring of user requirements document. Communicate with key stakeholders and business SMEs to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, issues, system requirements, and levels of systems access. Facilitate negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders. Liaise between business and technical team in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the system. Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications and write detailed procedures for training and manuals as required. Participate in developing and executing test plan and scripts for UAT. Provide technical assistance as required in training of end users and technical team. Develop, analyze, integrate, modify, implement new and existing systems using software tools and programs and write technical specifications using Oracle CTMS, Medidata CTMS, Medidata Rave, IMPACT CTMS, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) - InForm, Oracle 10g, TOAD, SQL server, Siebel CRM, OBIEE Analytics.

Minimum requirements
Must possess Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications or related life science field, and minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience & demonstrated expertise as techno-functional consultant in full software lifecycle management for CTMS, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences business domains; analyzing complex business logic of different systems interfacing with CTMS; JAD & UAT sessions to analyze / verify / validate requirements & specs from business users & SMEs; data analysis, modeling and mapping for existing and new systems; using software tools, programs and writing technical specifications using Oracle CTMS, Medidata CTMS, Medidata Rave, IMPACT CTMS, EDC-InForm, Oracle 10g, TOAD, SQL Server, Siebel CRM, OBIEE analytics, Oracle BI Publisher; and facilitating negotiations of requirements among multiple stakeholders.
