Sandoz is currently recruiting for a BPA Manager Capital Invest to join our global team to support senior management by preparing financial data as basis for decision making.
Job purpose
The purpose of the BPA Manager Capital Invest role is to provide tools and expertise to the overall BPA function. Manage financial processes to ensure effective and timely delivery of insightful financial information - recurring or ad-hoc.
Key Responsibilities
• To assist in the monthly / quarterly reporting, budget planning, and financial forecasting processes for FCF, including NWC and investments.
• To review, validate, and challenge large investment proposals, including profitability calculations using NPVs.
• To take the lead in developing and consolidating a five-year financial plan, including management presentations.
• To carry out value-added analysis on financial data, leading to crisp and clear recommendations and proposals.
• To support the CFO and the Global Head BPA on strategic and ad-hoc requests and in creating top management presentations.
• Key interfaces include: CFO, Global Head BPA, Sandoz Executive Committee Members, Finance Leaders.

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
The ideal candidate will have
• University degree
• Fluent English
• At least 2 years of experience in Management Consulting, with additional 3 years of other business experience
• Consulting projects with pharmaceutical or manufacturing background (e.g. Chemicals, FMCG or similar industries)
• Proven track record demonstrating high familiarity with financials and resultorientation
• Proven track record demonstrating strong analytical skills, business acumen, communication and presentation skills
• Effective team player
