The role of the BPA is to measure and analyse the company performance and its evolution, to synthesize the information through accurate dashboard and KPI's with subsequent comments and recommendations to internal clients allowing them to take business decisions in line with the financial objectives.
Major Accountabilities:
• Coordinate, prepare and challenge financial plans, budgets and latest.
• Provide management with clear, objective financial and business data to support the decision process.
• Preparation of financial key figures indicators to support target setting for mid range plans, LE's and Budgets.
• Monitor structure costs on a monthly basis and challenge profit improvement strategies
• Represent Finance within the BU to ensure that business planning, accounting and control are integrated into decision-making process within the Commercial function.
• Participate in finance and multi-function project teams.
• Provide ad-hoc management reports
• Develop, review and adapt internal control procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor and ensure the compliance of all policies and SOPs.

Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years in audit or controlling, preferably in an international company.
