Job Description Provide analytical and operational support for all financial aspects of the performance of US Vi-sion Care business, and ensuring full financial compliance as per NFCM requirements. Main responsibilities include planning, analysis, reporting and reviewing of consolidated financial data for the US Vision Care businesses according to Alcon planning & operational cycle, as well as coordination of compliance improvement/maintenance efforts. Lead G/L Close Activities for US Vision Care team. •Lead all aspects of monthly General ledger close activities including journal entries •Support planning process - Target, LF1 & LF2 Setting processes, assisting management in strategic and operational decision making for US Vision Care •Forecast and Report on key drivers of sales performance (B-3) along with working with Marketing to complete B-3 monthly deck •Proactively monitor business performance vs. target; analyzing source of variances, timely identifying and recommending corrective measures and PAT funding •Coordinate Monthly and Quarterly closing process and reporting, including MOR and Quarterly Review Deck presentation •Ad hoc projects for the US Vision Care GM and/or US Vision Care Finance Head •Manage G&A budgeting, reporting and reviews with Vision Care Leadership Alcon is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify. Desired profile

•University degree in Business, Acct, Econ, or Finance. •Advanced degree in Business, or Accounting Designation English •3-5 years experience in Finance •Strong Planning capabilities •Communication skills •Financial analysis, trending and modelling •Experience Managing Ambiguity •Power Point and Excel Skills a plus .
