- Application management of TechOps IT applications for Planning, Warehousing and Manufacturing Execution including the following:
~ Second level support of IT applications / systems
~ Support of system administration (MS SQL, Oracle, Windows Terminal Server)
~ Installation & validation of hard- & software
~ Plan & execute life cycle measures for managed applications and systems
- Support and consult business in use and development of IT systems in this area and run respective IT projects
- Coordination with local and global IT units and vendors (e.g. Infrastructure, global competence centers)
- Definition, planning and execution of user trainings

Desired profile

Education: University degree in a relevant field
Languages: English and German business fluent
Experience/Profile: > 3 year working experience in comparable position as Application Manager / Business Analyst in related industry (preferred); very good IT skills and good technical understanding (mechanical, electrical); good service management skills (ITIL preferred) and solid project management skills (PMI, IPMA or Prince2)
