Manage and maintain general level data for suppliers to create cross-divisional view of the supply base. Coordinate due diligence activities related to SOX controls in scope and coordination of other risk assessment related activities e.g. getting reports on financial stability of the supplier)
Operations  Check for completeness of requests  Enrich request according external sources and justify data for correctness  Check for uniqueness (de-duplication)  Apply global data standards for new requests  Liaise with local organizations and follow-up on overdue requests  Manage data changes on general fields for shared suppliers (align with sites)  Manage blocking of suppliers globally for quality reasons  Initial Data Quality and Load: Initial data load with high-quality data from source systems 2 Supplier Hierarchies • Periodically monitor the accuracy of existing supplier hierarchies with global and local category leads • Quarterly refresh the hierarchies  Monitor spend penetration with supplier hierarchies out of GDWH (Global Data Warehouse)  Align existing data between divisional BW (Business Warehouse, SAP Software), GDWH and MDM (Master Data Management, SAP Software)  Prepare files to send for matching for supplier with missing DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System, Dun & Bradstreet) Number  Prepare files for hierarchy refresh 3 Continuous Improvement  Support the Global Process Owner to identify area of improvement for CORE (Process, System, Training, Global SOP, SOX control)  Identify and analyze potentials deviation from the CORE process  Provide functional expertise to drive adherence to CORE process  Identify adoption improvement initiative and track and support execution (e.g. data quality improvement, adoption of advanced functionalities)  Ongoing Data Quality and Conversion: Entails continuously populating the master solution with high quality data from source systems  Share best practices identified with other countries

Desired profile

University degree and 2-3 years in a comparable position – Several years of experience in process industry or similar Fluent English • 1-2 years of experience working in multi-national Industries with a master data back-ground. Especially in terms of dealing with vendor set-up for multiple countries; experienced with forms in multiple languages.
