Analyst (eSourcing) – Procurement

Primary role focus is to support with analytics in eSourcing / Source to Award process and Data Quality Management within Procurement function according to the globally defined Source to Award process to identify opportunities and to drive Process compliance and continuous improvement.

Major Accountabilities:
• Identify sourcing opportunities and areas for improvements in the Sourcing process, through analysis of historical events, performance and trends.
• Collaboration with contract analysts to ensure transparency and consistency on sourcing activities.
• Identify and initiate continuous improvement activities.
• Perform Consistency Checks and corrective actions (e.g. Preferred vendors and related contract coverage).
• Support monthly eSourcing reporting process.
• Support measurements / activities to improve defined KPIs.

Minimum requirements
• Minimum Bachelor degree / MBA Fluent English, additional language(s) an advantage.
• 2-4 years of experience of working in a global environment in a similar position of advantage.
• Experience of working in Procurement operations.
• Experience in reporting & analytical tools (SAP BW, MS Access and MS Excel).
• Experience with eSourcing tools such as Emptoris.
