In house Production Intern

NOTION Magazine is looking for an in-house production intern to help with all things NOTION at our office / studio for a 2-3 month period. Should the intern be successful, there may be opportunity to join the team as a fully paid member of the team.

We are a fashion and music magazine based in London, with a quarterly printed publication and an online platform www.notionmagazine.com

We need a full time intern that will primarily help with the production of photoshoots in-house, as well as ensuring the daily smooth running of the office.

Tasks will include:

Preparing the studio for shoots - assisting team members to set up studio with lighting, equipment etc
Liaising with the core team in advance of shoots to ensure all equipment is ready, refreshments stocked, team members present, running order complete
Ensuring refreshments are stocked for for the office at all times
Ordering / collecting lunches for team and talent during shoot days
Ensuring all talent visiting the office are looked after at all times
Occasionally helping with shoots on location - liaising with team to ensure shoot runs perfectly
Picking ups & deliveries from the office/ studio
Ensuring the office is tidy/ clean at all times. Upkeep of the office to reflect the NOTION brand
Assisting the team members on a daily basis with such tasks as ordering taxis, picking up items, delivering magazines, calling in equipment, assisting fashion department

We will be trialing successful applicants for two weeks before the position is properly decided.
Travel within London & lunch will be reimbursed. Receipts must be kept in order for to be reimbursed.
