Position Title

Vehicle Evaluation Graduate Engineer

Mission and Main Objectives

To develop attractive high quality vehicles (Qashqai and X trail class of vehicle)
1) Customer Oriented Engineering / Marketability
- Conduct/manage target setting and achievement evaluation from start to end of projects,
including full marketability evaluation.
2) Development project control
- Support digital and physical test programme management to achieve milestone targets

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

1) Customer Oriented Engineering and Marketability

Validate Vehicle Concept & Performance Proposal using Market & Competitor data at start of project
Set & validate Vehicle Targets & European Market Requirements at Digital &Physical Phases.
Complete customer focused evaluations and progress solutions with design. - toensure car meets our customer expectations.

2) Development project control
Manage development testing in both digital and physical phases includingset up and management of test tracking system (CADICS)
Manage concern tracking and closure (Q Base).
Manage Target achievement
Prepare Vehicle test plans.
