Position Title

TCS - Warranty Management Technical Officer

Mission and Main Objectives

To become part of the TCS Warranty Management team responsible for warranty claim handling, warranty cost management & reporting, parts return and allocation of responsibility for warranty expenses.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

· Warranty claim processing, analysis and data reporting.
· Record creation & maintenance of table data within claim processing systems.
· Market control monitoring, feedback and follow up of claim processing concerns with European Warranty Group.
· Administration and approval of supplier claim processing reports.

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)

· Dealing with and resolving enquiries from suppliers or other departments.
· Support for administration & reporting of TCS and Supplier Parts return activities

Background & Experience

-Ability to understand, analyse complex data, resolve queries and make decisions (within policy guidelines) with minimal supervision

-High level of organisation skills ideally with experience working with high volumes of confidential & commercially sensitive data in an environment that demands absolute accuracy, attention to detail and discretion.

-High level of computer skills including experience working with databases and mainframe systems.

-Good presentation and communication skills.

-Ideally existing experience of parts, part numbering, design release and purchasing processes.
