Talent Acquisition Technical Officer

Mission and Main Objectives

Our Vision within NTCE Talent Acquisition is to source and secure diverse talent, enriching our business to deliver the growth and development of our people and products.

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Officer to fill our current and future vacancies with high calibre staff, both directly and through our preferred recruitment agencies.

This role will be on a fixed term basis.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Source, screen and interview candidates applying for permanent and contract roles across NTCE.
·  Manage the relationship with our preferred recruitment agencies that provide both contractors and permanent staff to NTCE.
·  Provide first-class stakeholder management across NTCE in relation to Talent Acquisition.
·  Manage the offer, on-boarding and induction of new starters, including all associated administrative tasks
·  Support annual activities for the recruitment and promotion of our Industrial Placements and Graduates.

Background & Experience

This role would suit an experienced technical recruiter who is accustomed to managing high volume recruitment as part of an internal HR function, RPO or MSP.
Previous experience of managing assessment centers would be advantageous, as would exposure to the Automotive Engineering industry.

Specific Technical Skills

·  Highly organised with a high attention to detail.
·  Proactive; confident and enthusiastic approach to work; self-motivating; confident and effective communicator comfortable working both in a team and independently.
·  Must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
·  IT literate, competent user of all Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
