Position Title
Resource Management and Business Planning Controller (EVP-6)
Mission and Main Objectives
· Coordinate Business Plan, Adjusted Budget Submission and Forecasting Admin Processes and Reports Delivery to NML for NTCE (UK, Spain, Brussels & Bonn, Russia)
· Coordinate Company Workload and Capacity Reporting and Analysis
· Support Mid-Term Plan Objective of NTCE
· Support Full Recovery Ratio Optimization Objective of NTCE
· Support Global Integration: Benchmark and best practice sharing
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Business Planning & Forecasting:
· NTCE total data validation for business plan and forecast submission
· Reporting to A7F according to standard formats
· Support SVP/VP Ad Hoc Requests for Business Plan &Forecast Mid Term Plan (MTP)
· Update MTP projects' workload database
· Create a Process Map for MTP making Full Recovery Ratio (FRR) Calculation
· Gather necessary data for the calculation from Stakeholders
· Calculate FRR and submit to counterpart team in Japan as per standard format
· FRR Actual reports to Finance (monthly)
· Create a Process Map for FRR Calculation Workload and Capacity Management
· Lead Resource Management Meetings process
· Coordinate ES Staff to complete database updates and analysis (weekly) and support the task when required
· Ensure accurate Workload and Capacity data is being released to NTCE Sections
· Support Ad Hoc Workload estimations/simulations requests D&D Standard Profile Tool
· Lead building of a standard Workload Profile Tool for Design & Development estimations in NTCE
· Create a standard Workload Profile Tool to support MTP and NTCE operational level (in collaboration with PMD and Process Improvement Teams) Umbrella Agreements Making
· Support studies related to Umbrella Agreements making (e.g. clarify with Business which testing services are to be performed; estimate necessary WL for the Fiscal Year, etc.)
· Raise DOA's for approval Budget vs Actuals Tracker Maintenance
· Support, sanity check, raise concerns
· Hold meetings with Automation team to fix "bugs"
· Authorize accesses to the tool upon request from line sections (as per DOA rule)
Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)
· Work Cross-Functionally and Cross-Culturally to ensure best practices are adopted in VBE to add value
· Support processes integration and alignment between UK and SP Teams to have "One Voice"
· Recognize issues, problems, or opportunities and determine whether action is needed. Choose the most effective option, establish clear decision criteria and evaluate options by considering implications and consequences.
· Set high standards of excellence for performance and quality. Seek new opportunities to contribute and take responsibility for results. Make recommendations for future challenges.
· Coordinate ES Staff and ensure effective and efficient business operation
