Position Title

NMGB Sales and Marketing Graduate Scheme

Mission and Main Objectives

·  The Nissan Motor (GB) Limited Sales and Marketing Graduate Scheme is how we identify and train the leaders of the future. Over two years, this challenging programme will provide you with the breadth and depth of knowledge you need to thrive.
·  You will complete three eight-month rotations designed to immerse you in a range of different departments, giving you a truly cross-functional understanding of the company. Right from the start, you will have real responsibilities and the ability to influence key decision-making processes.
·  We are based in Rickmansworth, which is on the outskirts of London, so you can jump on a tube and be in Central London within 45 minutes.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  The purpose of the Graduate Scheme is to identify and develop General Sales & Marketing profiles. You will experience a range of different departments which will enable your automotive knowledge to grow and allow you to become Nissan leaders in the future
·  Ideal profile is a business generalist who is passionate about the automotive industry more than a “specialist” focused in one functional area
·  With a diversified rotational scheme Graduates are trained and stretched in various areas of business to gain both strategic and operational experience.

General requirements for Graduate scheme:

·  Minimum 2:1 in a business-related degree and 300+ UCAS points
·  Ideally with evidence of a one-year work placement demonstrated competencies in line with Nissan Mindset and Actions
