We're currently looking for a Manager, Telematics Business Development and Planning to join our team at NNA Headquarters in Franklin, TN .

The Telematics activities require a Manager who can establish vision, tangible objectives and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition. This person will need to actively lead the Telematics team in an effective, aggressive manner. At the same time, they will also be expected to help lead cross functional initiatives that will benefit the company as a whole, as a member of the management team.

Job Description:

·  Manager, Telematics Business Development and Planning will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of Nissan's North America Telematics Business related activities. They will drive the company's efforts in the Telematics space to realize bottom line benefits associated with a connected product while improving customer experience during product lifecycle. Monthly, quarterly and annual Telematics goal management is essential to this position.
·  Principal tasks and responsibilities that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis:Work with Alliance Connected/ Mobility Services and Global Vehicle Information Technology (VIT) and other Telematics related teams to deliver hardware and system requirements to achieve Nissan's overall connected strategy.
·  Serve as a key member of the regional Vehicle Connected Services team that sets the company's strategic direction and vision for Telematics.
·  Responsible for developing and delivering Nissan internal benefit
·  Develop deep financial understanding of Telematics benefits with Nissan PDs, Engineering and other executives, to help Nissan meet/exceed industry benchmarks.
·  Provide financial oversight and goal setting to accelerate Nissans bottom line benefits associated with Telematics.
·  Spearhead initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy and act as liaison with planning to help align technology plan with business plan.
·  Work closely with other functional leaders in the company and the dealer network.
·  Help align VCS (Vehicle Connected Services) with holistic roadmap for telematics.
·  Manage multiple Telematics initiatives in a cross functional environment.
·  Identify and help develop strategic partnerships required for Telematics.
·  Build and manage a Telematics Planning Team.
·  Manage the complex Telematics' relationship with Legal, Government Affairs, and Finance relative Telematics deployments.
·  Provide cadence, structure and process to deliver tangible bottom line results.
·  Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the Telematics Planning Team.
Minimal Requirements:

·  10+ years
·  Minimal Bachelors degree, Master's preferred
·  Supervisory Experience: 2+ years
