Position Title
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Mission and Main Objectives
·
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) leads and manages the people management related agenda within their area. You will lead HR related change management projects.
·
The HR Business Partner identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
·
The HRBP identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organisation.
·
There is a clear focus on employability.
·
The HRBP actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organisation and stimulates and guides others in further professionalising the department.
·
The HRBP takes the lead in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.
·
The HRBP will work as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Case Management & Wellbeing, supporting the organization absence management and ensuring with line management that Nissan is a truly safe, healthy and great place to work.
·
The HRBP will support line management with long term illness cases that require expert knowledge for their reintegration back into work.
·
The HRBP Wellbeing CoE is the primary contact of the company doctor.
·
The HRBP Wellbeing CoE is the knowledge base on illness and absence related labour law in The Netherlands.
· The HRBP will manage the Wellbeing at Nissan in close cooperation with General Affairs and the GPTW teams in the sites.
·
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in their area(s).
·
Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes within the organisation.
·
Manages complex (cross-functional) HR projects.
·
Builds a strong business relationship with the employees and managers.
·
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
·
Manages recruitment of key talent.
·
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.

Background & Experience
· A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related area of study.
· Previous experience as a HRBP gained in a corporate office environment.
· You are communicative and curious, open-minded and pro-active. After smart analyses, you turn your observation into clear conclusions, you lead by example and plainly solve conflicts and find compromises.
· You have a restless creative mind and you are always eager to learn.
· You take ownership and love to work in a team.
· You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Dutch.
· English as a second language is essential.
· You show courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance.
