Position Title
Graduate Engineering Support & V3P Promotion Engieer
Mission and Main Objectives
Promotion of Design Engineering innovation through CAD, CAE, 3D printing & other advanced simulation solutions to increase NTCE competitiveness.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The core expectations of this role are ;
· Promote the expansion of existing high value technologies such as 3D printing & component performance simulation within NTCE.
- development of a deep understanding of Design Engineering requirements in multiple domains and the identification of competitiveness improvement opportunities.
- direct use of applications such as FEA, 3D Printing and CAD tools to conduct Engineering studies on live vehicle programs and using the results to promote expansion within NTCE.
· Lead the introduction of new and innovative tools, applications and processes to drive competitiveness enhancement.
- Research & evaluation of new and innovative applications and the development of robust business proposals.
- Manage the training, adoption and embedding of these new tools into the Design Engineering business.
Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)
Management of digital development phase activities such as digital vehicle evaluation.

Background & Experience
Ideally good background understanding of automotive design and manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of how simulation tools are being utilized within the automotive industry to enhance product design and to bring products to the market in reduced time.
Must have graduated (or due to in 2017) in Engineering related field.
