This diverse role provides support for key regional Digital HR platform-focused projects and programs. Works with business clients to expand and enhance current Workday, Cornerstone OnDemand and ServiceNow HR Service Management usage to achieve business objectives. Serves as a project lead and supports change management for regional Digital HR technology projects and initiatives. Job Description Job Functions --Executes and/or supports regional high-priority, high-impact projects relating to Workday, Cornerstone and ServiceNow HRSM. --Identifies and implements continuous improvements to optimize usage of all Digital HR platforms --Partners with and serves as a liaison between Digital HR, Information Systems and HR functions to advise on solutions within the Digital HR portfolio. --Supports the definition of operational support and project SLAs. Actively seeks opportunities to optimize the service delivery model to increase efficiency while providing high-quality customer support. --Advises leadership on business needs that will drive the development of the digital learning technology strategy and roadmap. --Supports the development and execution of regional governance and operational processes. --Develops and supports change management plans including alignment with COEs, communications, training, and awareness activities. --Serves in a project lead capacity to support project deliverables, issues and deadlines. --Actively leverage PDCA methodology to identify value add services and operational enhancements. --Performs other related duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications and Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills & Abilities --3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-focused HRIS / IT service delivery model environment required. Experience in a consultative HRIS/IT environment as a team lead highly desired. Must be adept at partnering with business clients to understand and identify core business needs and provide business-focused solutions within the Digital HR portfolio. --Experience with Workday required. Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, other HRIS or Learning Management Systems technologies highly desired. Background in application, database or front-end web development a plus. Strong understanding of application data structure concepts required. --Business-focused project leadership experience and active participation supporting large-scale, regional/global business projects and change management initiatives required. Experience in post-deployment, run-the-business operations highly desired. --Experience in multi-cultural environment highly desired. --Self-motivated, quick learner, able to manage multiple assignments concurrently with minimal supervision. Must a self-starter who is results-oriented and has a successful track record. --Strong analytical skills and research capabilities. Ability to think critically about a problem and provide solutions. Knowledge and use of PDCA methodologies required. V-up training and/or certification a plus. --Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage strongly with cross-functional/cross-cultural stakeholders, create impact and win confidence. --Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. --Computer Skills: Strong background in HCM systems, LMS systems, reporting/analytics tools and/or collaborative technology products (such as SharePoint, SalesForce, etc.) required. Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications required. Experience with digital learning tools (elearning, creative software suites) as plus. Physical Requirements --Ability to work outside standard business hours to collaborate with global counterparts required. --Work location: Split time between NNA HQ, Franklin, TN and CRC, Murfreesboro, TN. --Travel: Occasional, as needed to domestic, regional and international locations. May be higher than normal during project planning or deployment phases.
