We're currently looking for a Financial Products Marketing Analyst to join our team at NMAC in Franklin, Tennessee.
Job Summary
· Supports the consumer communication function for NMAC/IFS Financial Products during development, implementation and life span of programs.
· Assists with launch of co-branded credit card initiative and track performance metrics post-launch.
· Provides analysis and data research supporting CMM teams, helping them understand Sales Finance performance and impact to respective models.
· Provides assistance to regional Sales Finance teams for marketing, communication and analytical needs.
Job Functions
· Supports the NMAC/IFS piece on joint-marketing programs during development, implementation, and life of program.
· Responsible for keeping field and Dallas Operations informed of mail/email schedule and program results.
· Manages marketing areas of the monthly billing statement and NMAC/IFS portals.
· Coordinates advertising to align with NNA programs and initiatives to drive incremental sales growth.
· Responsible for managing an advertising calendar, inputting advertising criteria into a content management system and reviewing proofs for accuracy.
· Messages vary by brand, product (retail or lease), and other factors and can change every 2-4 weeks.
· Assist with the co-branded credit card efforts during life of program. Coordinates NMAC/IFS data system enhancements for dealership lead generation systems (Prospect Report and Opportunity Manager).
· Assists in the full integration with Nissan's CMM teams, representing NMAC captive finance.
· Integration includes collaboration on targeted marketing programs, as well as monthly and quarterly NMAC performance reviews which support important performance meetings (PRM, OR-US, etc.).
· Provides analytics and data proving insights into Sales Finance and competitive assessments.
· Produces various reports measuring performance versus objective and performance versus prior month/year.
· Reports used by field and regions.
· Coordinates the implementation of new financial programs and products with appropriate operational departments, vendors, and the division.
· Develops timelines and procedures, obtains legal and internal department approvals, and creates dealer communication materials and training materials for field staff.
· Creates brand-compliant content for several websites (nissanusa, infinitiusa, nissanfinance, and infinitifinance).
Minimum Qualifications
Job Knowledge and Skill:
· Automotive finance knowledge preferred. Possess a basic understanding of marketing principals, concepts, practices, and a general knowledge of industry practices and the role of incentives.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
· Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience:
· Five or more years of managing programs, projects, vendors, budgets, or communications (marketing, dealer, or customer).
· Experience supporting sales/field staff or captive finance operations a plus.
· Experience writing, editing, proofing, creating, designing, and publishing required.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Computer Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to quickly learn other PC applications, web-based applications, or mainframe applications.
· Photoshop and HTML skills a plus.
