We're currently looking for a Field Quality Engineer to join our team in Smyrna, TN.
Summary:
· Level of position will be dependent on candidates years of experience.
· Will analyze market claims data with the sole purpose of identification of product quality technical concerns effecting Total Customer Satisfaction, by closely addressing product quality indicators against Nissan corporate quality metrics.
· Position requires a proactive self starter capable of conducting highly technical engineering investigations of customer reported incidents to identify the need for design or manufacturing countermeasure action.
· Candidate also establishes priority and action plans for multiple incident investigations as well reporting results by presenting the product issues to management for countermeasure development.
· This position requires a BSME and prior automotive experience.
