Position Title

Development staff - Customer Oriented Engineering Section

Mission and Main Objectives

Provide support for Customer Oriented Engineering test section.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Test vehicle / part / equipment preparation.
·  Prepare rigs / mock ups as required
·  Carry out NEM test
·  Capture knowledge with written procedures
·  Participate in QC / propose KAIZEN projects

Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)

·  Support ZIP, 5S, Genba Kanri and NLH Efficiency Improvement Activities

Demonstrable experience

·  Proven record of fault diagnosis and problem solving skills on Customer Oriented Engineering test area and related parts.
·  Good inter-personal skills for co-ordinating activities with internal / external customers / suppliers.
·  Quality conscious with keen attention to detail.

Minimum Education Required

High Sch Dipl/GED/A Level/Secondary education

Specific Technical Skills

Minimum Education Required
·  Recognised Apprenticeship (Electrical or Mechanical)
·  ONC preferable
Other Skills
Basic Computer IT skills:

·  Excel (Database management & producing graphs)
·  Word (Report writing)
·  PowerPoint (Presentations)
