Job Summary

Performs a variety of tasks vital to lease and retail contract processing to ensure prompt electronic funding to Nissan and Infiniti dealerships. Ensures that contract packages are compliant with state and federal laws, and departmental and NMAC/IFS standards. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Job Functions

·  Verifies that lease and retail contract financial information is consistent with currently offered NMAC/IFS marketing programs.
·  Identifies and reviews all incoming dealer lease and retail contract package documents.
·  Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and NMAC/IFS policies by reviewing current state guidelines manual and other pertinent processing information to confirm accurate dealer documentation with regards to Nissan-Infiniti LT, tax disclosures, Reg. M and Reg. Z disclosures, vehicle titling, credit advance guidelines, and state-specific requirements.
·  Verifies and inputs key financial data from lease and retail contracts into the Automated Front End (AFE) mainframe session, utilizing the Universal Agent Workflow System (Viewstar).
·  Utilizes various computer systems to verify wholesale information, existing NMAC/IFS account status Lemans, Shaw, NADA, Albert, EIPP, Vin3, Outlook, Ascent Capture.
·  Completes daily booking process of lease and retail contracts according to department's quantity standards. Ensures the accuracy of bookings to initiate customer welcome letters and billing statements.
·  Generates correspondence to customers
·  Works in multiple Universal Agent work queues and internal computer systems as volume requires.
·  Organizes all printed material.
·  Assists in the side-by-side training of new hires, dealers, corporate visitors, internal department employees, and Financial Services Managers.
·  Responds to incoming calls and/or makes outgoing calls to dealers, other NMAC/IFS departments, and Financial Services Managers to resolve contract errors via Universal Agent Workflow System.
·  Analyzes and resolves inquiries and disputes regarding contract issues by interacting with dealers, NMAC/IFS departments, and Financial Services Managers to maintain exceptional customer service.
·  Generates necessary correspondence to dealers detailing contract errors to accompany contract packages returned for correction.
·  Provides dealer assistance. Minimum Requirements

·  Math aptitude. Proven detail orientation to prepare and carefully review figures, computations, and reports, ensuring internal consistency.
·  A high school diploma or GED
·  Three to five years of progressively responsible clerical experience, including one year or more experience within a customer service, data entry or finance company environment.
·  General knowledge of Viewstar and Shaw
