We're currently looking for a Compliance Processor to join our team in Irving, TX.

Job Summary

This position performs a variety of tasks vital to lease and retail contract processing to ensure prompt electronic funding to Nissan and Infiniti dealerships, including ensuring that contract packages are compliant with state and federal laws, plan parameters, and NMAC/IFS standards.

Job Functions:

·  This position performs the procedural aspects related to the funding of problem contracts.
·  Responsible for maintaining a high level of service by developing and maintaining positive relations with internal as well as external customers.
·  Responsible to ensure that all incoming contracts are booked properly with regards to customer and vehicle information, NMAC policy guidelines.
·  Ensure that dealers are paid promptly and all transaction balance properly through accounting. Must work well within a team and be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
·  Accurately discount incoming lease contracts manually.
·  Sort, organize, process and fund incoming manual TRAC lease contract packages.
·  Field inbound or initiate outbound dealer calls regarding contract compliance.
·  Accurately record the history of inbound contract packages from start to finish onto an Excel spreadsheet. Respond quickly to volume swings, program changes, system issues or other unforeseen obstacles in order to maintain a high level of efficiency without compromising exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements:

·  Math aptitude. Good oral and written communications skills. Accuracy, adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, listening, organization, responsiveness and stress tolerance skills.
·  General Education Diploma or High School Diploma
·  Two years of contract processing/funding experience, preferably in a financial environment.
·  General understanding of computer software applications; working knowledge of word processing software applications in a MS windows environment. General knowledge of relevant systems (imaging, retail, leasing, wholesale, and accounts payable. ViewStar and SHAW preferred. Ability to operate 10-key calculator.
·  Experience with Fiserv, AFE, Shaw, LeMans, ViewStar, EIPP, LOS, CICS, NADA, Word, Siebel, and Excel.
