Job Description:
Ability to understand and utilize ANPQP in the day to day capacity management activities with the supply base including but not limited to Supplier Master Schedule development, 4M planning, Production Capacity Planning, and T-2000 run-at-rate confirmations. Responsibilities also include ensuring the on time delivery performance of suppliers shipping to NNA's Smyrna, Canton and Decherd plants. The position will interface with our purchasing, supply chain management, supply base, and quality organizations on a daily basis. The position is a M-F dayshift position, however off-shift and weekend work is required as issues emerge in the supply chain that affect plant production.
General Requirements:
· Excellent problem solving skills.
· Analyze supply chain data down to the tier N level.
· Identify risk as it relates to delivery and capacity.
· Lead supplier capacity and perform run @ rate confirmations
Additional Requirements:
· B.S. Degree in an Engineering discipline.
·
Minimum of 1 year of professional level experience.
· Great organizational skills, excellentverbal/written/presentationskills; basic statistical skills; program management skills.
· Automotive experience in a lean manufacturing environment considered a plus
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Candidate must be willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
· Working proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
