We're currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team at Stanfield, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Processes and tracks expenditures against the capital and expense budgets.
·  Prepares monthly consolidation reports for management.
·  Assists in the expense budgeting and re-forecasting process.
·  Maintains the Operations Expense Budget Database and ensures the preparation of a new database for each coming year, while retaining aged databases from prior years.
·  Submits SAP shopping baskets for capital and expense budget items for VE/T, including yearly blanket purchase orders.
·  Coordinates the long term capital budget plan by meeting with teams to identify new items to be procured to support the proving ground business.
·  Supports 3rd Party Coordinator in processing 3rd party billing in a timely and accurate manner.
·  Manages ATC Technician Uniform Program, including obtaining the yearly uniform blanket order.
·  Acts as ATC Fitness Center Representative.
·  Updates and communicates the ATC Fitness Center guidelines as well as ensures funds are available for upkeep of facility. Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Access.
·  Knowledge of SAP.
·  Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Education and Training:
·  Bachelor's Degree required; Accounting, Finance, Business Administration preferred.
