We're currently looking for an Analyst 1 to join our team at in Canton, MS.

The roles and responsibilities of this position include:

·  Analyze and communicate system changes that impact production.
·  Responsible for flow of vehicles through the system.
·  Be self-motivated to minimize downtime risks to production.
·  Develop positive interaction with manufacturing, systems engineering, systems maintenance and process engineering to resolve production and systems issues.
·  Receive instructions and provide direction to support manufacturing, maintenance and suppliers.
·  Document situations, provide feedback and countermeasures for improvements to systems.
·  Communicates with sequenced suppliers.
·  Assists plant in all phases of new model trials (Metal start to Trim-in). Must be flexible in work hours based on situational needs.
·  Must be able to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time as duties require.
·  Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
·  Must be self-driven to anticipate and correct issues in advance of downtime events. Minimum Qualifications:

·  Education/Experience: B.S. Degree in a related field of study
·  Experience: One year of related experience in a professional business atmosphere, automotive/manufacturing preferred.
·  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Office skills required with focus on Excel and Power Point.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
·  Knowledge of scheduling activities a plus.
