As a Samples Coordinator you will support the EMEA Digital GTM function in our efforts to serve our Sales organization as well as retail customers in the most relevant and premium way. Being part of the Digital Sales Enablement team, you will be supporting pinnacle commercial environments across the region with focus on timely and accurate ordering and delivery of samples.

To execute against our ambitious goal to create “the future of sell-in” at Nike, we need a Coordinator in the team who is passionate about innovation and who is not afraid to get his/her hands dirty. The Digital Sales Enablement team functions within a fast-moving environment where the ability to stay calm and deliver under pressure is essential. You will require the ability to translate complex processes into action coupled with team work.

Responsibilities :

In this role you will be responsible for driving the end to end EMEA centralized Samples process for Apparel and Equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem solving skills, proven ability to manage and meet deadlines, and is very detail oriented. As a core project you will actively participate in the development of the Sample Tool of the future, hence affinity with digital is key to this role. Samples Coordinator is a supportive function between Merchandising and Sales (Global, EHQ and Territory).

· Effectively coordinate seasonal processes and maintain clear calendar expectations with Sales and Merchandising
· Create and manage Sales orders across 5 EMEA Territories ensuring the highest accuracy possible for the sell-in periods
· Track, report and monitor the shipment outbound to the recipients; support on time deliveries from DC to all Nike EMEA Showrooms and Strategic Accounts
· Develop working relationships across the organization to better integrate the Samples process amongst cross-functional teams; continuously bring efficiency into the seasonal execution
· Be the right hand of the Product Owner of the new Samples Tool: coordinate requirements gathering, SME's testing and features prioritization; create training materials and train key users
· Support the execution of the bi-seasonal Sample sale and other ad-hoc tasks related to the Samples process

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Minimum requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Operations/Logistics;
·  At least 3 years relevant experience in Sales Operations, Merchandising or Supply Chain/Logistics;
·  Excellent analytical skills and great usage of Excel tools;
·  Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Other requirements:
·  Proven ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results;
·  Pro-active problem solving skills with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution;
·  Affinity or previous experience with the Samples process and/or Agile Methodology is a plus.
Temporary contract for a period of 12 months, starting Jan 2nd, 2018.
