Job description

The North America Supply Chain (NASC) DC Learning Coordinator coordinates delivery of premium learning experiences to enable the business and talent strategies. The Coordinator provides input and executes project plans and deliverables for logistics management to efficiently and effectively schedule and deliver learning programs (daily classes, Trainer the Trainer events, team meetings, certifications, and observations). They build strong, trust based relationships with stakeholders while being a champion of learning offerings to create a shared understanding and vision. The Coordinator is a change agent helping to influence and reinforce change. They demonstrate learning operations knowledge and expertise for all programs, tools, and systems and complete daily and weekly reporting for assigned programs. The Coordinator executes the delivery of training department standards set by Training leadership for all assigned programs and with trainers across the network, as well as external vendors. They are aware of costs and assist in controlling costs related to each project.

This Memphis, TN based position requires an individual who is self-driven, organized, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and customer service. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance and is reliable, resilient, and able to deal with ambiguity and change. They are a proven and effective communicator, able to see things from multiple points of view. Flexibility to travel to other DC facilities is required.

Desired profile

Requirements for the position include:

· Post-secondary degree preferred, with focus on communication, education, or similar

·  High competency with PC, MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
·  Competency with MS Access and SharePoint preferred
·  2+ years planning and organizing events, meetings, and/or classes
·  2+ years of experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred
·  Experience researching purchases and tracking costs for materials and tools
·  Ability to use sound decision making and problem solving/resolution skills
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with ability to tailor message to audience

· Strong analytical, investigative and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational, influence and critical thinking skills

· Ability to manage time, task and multiple competing priorities

· Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

·  Ability to work in a creative environment that demands best thinking & work
