Job description

As the NikeNow Portal Manager, your role on the team will be to maintain and evolve Nike's self-serve Technology portal, called NikeNow, which provides services to the enterprise. The NikeNow Portal Manager must ensure a cohesive and complete user experience by understanding the portal, its purpose and how all the web parts interconnect and interact. The Manager will work with technical resources to resolve issues, identify functional and usability enhancements, monitor portal performance and partner with various stakeholders across the enterprise. This position requires both technical knowledge of portals – such as web design, user interfaces and user experience – as well as skill in written communications, audio-visual content and public relations.

Responsibilities include:

· Define and maintain an overall NikeNow strategy
· Establish and manage portal specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements; design system infrastructure to ensure a friendly user experience
· Advocate for end users across the enterprise to provide a portal that is easy and effective for them to use
· Monitor site performance through measured KPIs (traffic, usage, clicks, etc.) and report out analytics on a regular basis to continually optimize site usage
· Maintain and prioritize requirements backlog based on ongoing tool evaluation and feedback from end users with the goal of continual service improvement
· Partner with vendor(s) and Nike teams to develop, test (including regression testing), evaluate and implement enhancements and new software as needed
· Meet financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitor expenses
· Liaison with various Tech and Business partners to ensure accuracy of information available through NikeNow
· Responsible for content and technical development, maintaining continuity of styling and branding, designing layout, streamlining navigation, implementation and maintenance of sites, coordinating site links, and uploading material to servers
· Promote NikeNow across technology and business internal sites to garner more visibility throughout launch across the enterprise
· Responsible for the exploration, implementation, testing and maintenance of new technology
· Acts as Project Manager for all website revisions and web communication initiatives for the unit; provide project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
· Identify solutions to functional and technical issues

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  3+ years relevant business experience
·  Bachelor's Degree in related field or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
·  Experience and familiarity with website principles, methodologies and tools
·  Experience with agile development and continuous process improvement
·  Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication of complex topics to a diverse audience such as management, technical peers, and business stakeholders
·  Ability to operate in a transforming, fast-paced, complex, high-visibility environment with multiple, competing priorities
·  Strong skills in building positive customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
·  Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results
·  Experience managing and facilitating deliverables with vendor
·  Strong information-seeking skills and drive to make things happen

Preferred but not required:

·  Experience with ServiceNow platform
·  ITIL Intermediate Certification and/or experience working with ITIL- based processes
