As our Material Handler, you'll process customer orders by pulling, packing and shipping orders accurately and timely. You'll also receive product into inventory. You'll be responsible for monitoring flow, and restocking product and doing inventory counts. You'll also be responsible for retrieving, re-packing orders and loading/ unloading trailers. You'll help to maintain product inventory by receiving, locating and transferring product accurately and timely. You'll research and resolve inventory issues to ensure order fulfillment. You'll work with an RF scan gun, computers, manual data management systems (LA SOAP OM, MARC, SAP etc) and will use material handling equipment. You may have the opportunity to develop base line leadership skills by leading groups of contract workers or NIKE employees. You'll analyze the daily work as required. You'll participate in projects and teams to continuously improve the operation and key result areas (safety, quality, service, and cost). You'll also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, in addition to performing other operational duties and seeding's as required.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  High School diploma or GED
·  6 months' experience in a warehouse/distribution or manufacturing environment
·  Able to work in a team environment
·  Able to follow verbal and written directions
·  Able to perform repetitive motions and lift 30-50 lbs continuously
·  Able to work a rotating day shift schedule and overtime or weekends with short notice
·  Ability to read, write and speak English
·  Ability to count accurately and perform simple math functions
·  Ability to stand for extended periods of time
