As our Labor Optimization Specialist, you'll drive retail operational excellence and consistency by providing expertise (tools, systems, communication, and processes) necessary for stores to improve their business and profitability. You will work on the implementation of new systems that stores will use to maximize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Leading the administration of Workforce Management System:

· Administering system levers (labor standards, min/max coverage, etc.) to achieve labor optimization objectives.
· Participating in workload planning sessions and administering task hours
· Acting as voice of the field in troubleshooting and escalating payroll and scheduling issues for stores.
· Managing communication to stores for all system issues and changes

Driving program execution:
· Leading calls with field teams to drive program adoption and execution.
· Partnering with Operations Captains to execute program and system training for stores.
· Partnering with Labor Optimization Analyst to analyze labor performance and deliver reporting.
· Supporting the annual and new store budget development process.
· Partnering with OPM team to gain insights on program execution in store

Driving improvement and profitability by contributing special expertise

· Providing functional expertise on store scheduling and payroll management processes, tools and systems.
· Participating in the development of labor programs and providing requirements for system improvements.
· Partnering with Operations and CDT to develop program and system capability roadmap.
· Leading projects designed to optimize store labor.

Desired profile

Requirements:
·  Bachelor's in Business or related field
·  At 2 years of retail admin management or retail operations experience
·  Experience with Kronos Workforce Management System is a big advantage.
·  Systems experience with planning tools, PCs, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
·  Store management or corporate experience in an operations capacity is preferred
·  Good analytical skills, detail-oriented and well organized
·  Team player
·  Fluency in English (written and verbal).
·  Strong communication and presentation skills. 1 year contract
