As our Financial Analyst in the Finance Team Distributors , you will be mainly responsible for managing the budget, financial forecast, month-end activities and preparing value-added analysis for business.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Developing AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and budget with core focus on SG&A ensuring proper cost centers and related Sport Marketing costs;
·  Assisting the G2N Financial analyst with the monthly forecasting process (preparing data in financial models; consolidating business assumptions, aligning on cost assumptions with all relevant stakeholders);
·  Consolidating & submitting forecast and other finance submissions to European HQ;
·  Daily monitoring of performance vs monthly and quarterly forecast by working with Customer Operations, Sales and CFS Departments - providing timely information concerning risk & opportunities. Providing daily sell-in data to the business;
·  Partnering up with Business Planners and preparing ad-hoc and insightful financial analysis that aid in the decision making process. Supplying business with relevant financial data;
·  Performing hands on month-end close activities like accruals (especially G2N part);
·  Preparing and presenting information concerning financial performance and relevant data relating to shipments for pre-S&OP meetings; taking active part in S&OP process;
·  Assisting in the preparation of the CSR (Corporate Strategic Review).

Desired profile

·  BA in a Business related field with emphasis in finance, accounting or economics;
·  2+ years' experience managing operating budget, financial analysis, P&L management;
·  Advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP & VBA is a plus;
·  Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally;
·  Standout, positive attitude and enthusiasm to drive operational results;
·  Good presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple way;
·  Ability to express him/herself in English, speaking and writing;
·  Willingness to learn new things and share knowledge with others.
