Job description
If you're ready to innovate and lead in the Digital space join our new Digital Marketing Intern Program. In this 6-month internship you will have the unique opportunity to rotate in two business functions developing strong Digital Marketing skills. Working within our organization will be rewarding, challenging, and most definitely not be just another job.
PHASE A: Digital Marketing
The focus will be to explore how a digital marketing plan is created with the goal of leading with Digital and drive mobile-first consumer mindset. This will give you visibility of the digital consumer journey through Nike.com, Nike apps (Nike+, SNEAKRS) and you might use different performance marketing channels: Targeted Communication, Paid Search, SEO/SEM, Programmatic Media, Display/OLM, Paid Social and Offline Media.
PHASE B: Digital Commerce
In this phase you will be part of the Nike.com team and learn how to provide a frictionless user experience across digital platforms by optimizing navigation experience, offering the relevant product assortment, maintaining platform features and by providing consumer support. You will use data-driven decision making to elaborate best practices and scale success to other markets and categories.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
· 3rd/4th year student in (Digital) Marketing, Analytics, Innovation, Consumer Studies, or any other related fields;
· Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Passion for digital tools and consumer trends.
· Being familiar with performance marketing channels is a plus;
· Proactive attitude, eagerness to be an active part of the team, and taking ownership;
· Academic, volunteering or previous internship experiences related to Marketing, Digital Commerce or Digital/Consumer Analytics are a plus (please include in your CV);
· Passion for the Nike brand and sports in general.
In order to be eligible for an internship, you must :
· Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution);
· Have an EU passport or an EU work permit.
Start date: February 1st, 2018
Duration: 6 months
This internship is open to students outside of the Netherlands.
