Job description
As a Digital LP Specialist, you will investigate and validate Nike.com and Swoosh.com transactions against fraudulent activity, adherence to company policy and/or guidelines, as well as gather and analyze data from multiple sources in order to identify trends and outliers for new risk mitigating opportunities. You'll also launch focus for policy abuse and adherence including limits and bot mitigation. You'll respond to industry fraud alerts from issuing banks and industry partners and maintain support documentation and investigations to assist Loss Prevention, Operational Resilience, or law enforcement to investigate and/or resolve cases of fraud and abuse. You'll provide fraud investigation and troubleshooting support to internal functions and third party service providers, make recommendations for process improvements, and help Fraud Analyst and Manager fine-tune the criteria used to identify incidents of fraud and abuse.
You'll act as a customer contact and follow up for fraud, customer service and abuse inquiries. You'll research and respond to chargeback financial disputes and partner with and influence peers including all geo teams.
Desired profile
· Bachelor's degree desired
· Minimum 2 year experience in Customer Service, Loss Prevention, Security Investigation or Criminal Investigation in lieu of a degree
· Experience in call center environment, banking or financial industry preferred
· Strong Excel, Outlook and Word knowledge required
· Proficient written and oral communication skills
· Ability to effectively and professionally communicate across organizations
· Ability to work one weekend day and the flexibility to work evenings when needed.
