Job description
As our Supply Chain Customer Operations Analyst (Nike Digital), you'll build knowledge of the system, processes and customers. This position provides the rare and unique opportunity to learn from the supply chain leadership team to ensure an optimal experience for our customers. You will work with Nike and our third party distribution provider to identify areas of improvement in our dynamic supply chain operation. You'll analyze data and report metrics to internal and external business partners. You will partner with 3PL planning and operations along with Nike customer service, and on site leadership to report status and drive key performance indicators. This position will be the liaison between Distribution Center and corporate business partners regarding data, service metrics and the overall status of the operation. This leader should possess the ability to identify root causes for non-standard conditions and offer suggestions regarding solutions to both the 3PL operations and CS/Sales teams. This position is responsible for effectively reporting conclusions to business stakeholders through verbal, written or formal presentation nodes. This leader will be responsible for tracking metrics, interpreting trends, identifying leading indicators and reporting results across the value stream owners. Provide daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to internal and external leadership teams on the health of the operation. To be effective this leader should be able to influence internal and external leaders in best practices operating the Nike business.
Desired profile
· Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 2 years direct relevant work experience; additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree.
· Fluent in MS-Office Suite particularly Excel, Access and Power Point.
· Experience using SAP required
· Lead Supply Chain optimization projects and present findings to stakeholders
· Able to work independently and interact comfortably with all levels of personnel including management
· Experience in Outbound Planning or Distribution Operations a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
