The Sr Global Digital Analyst will be a key member of the Global Digital Analytics team driving the next phase of the evolution of the company's level of sophistication around BI reporting.
You will be working with a talented digital and cross functional teams globally to provide actionable insights to make data-driven decisions in pursuit of our aggressive annual goals.

Job Summary:

• Your strong technical expertise will ensure that you are an informed consumer of data and a true partner to the technology team in the complexities of reporting implementation.
• You'll leverage reporting tools and raw data to provide value-added analysis to the global digital team to drive the business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about turning large volumes of data into simple business insights.
• You should feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• You will take ownership of creating, automating and maintaining global operational reporting - daily, weekly and monthly business reviews, dashboards, initiative launch templates, etc.
• You will act as a SME for answering ongoing business questions by leveraging Nike's analytics tools/capabilities.

Desired profile

Qualifications:
We are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a Retail or Digital Commerce business, reporting, and/or analytics.
• Experience in building and managing monthly demand and/or KPI forecasts.
• Understanding of principles and techniques of business and web analytics and an understanding of the KPIs that drive a digital retail business.
• Experience working with Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Visualization tools, e.g, Tableau, Site Catalyst, Discover, Report Builder; Business Objects, Micro Strategy and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of Big Data management systems, Data Warehousing Solutions, and Cloud computing platforms (Oracle/SQL, Redshift/SQL workbench/J, Hadoop/Hive/Impala).
