Buying Coordinator

Job description

As our Buying Coordinator, you will assist the Buyer with identifying and assembling the most compelling and commercial merchandise collections. You will join our strong retail team at our European Head Office based in the Amsterdam area and look after our most premium retail doors across the Western European Market.

Responsibilities

· You will manage a timely and accurate order entry for the collections every season, to ensure the right collection will be delivered to our retail doors
· You will execute the pricing strategy by timely inputting mark downs and price changes
· You will analyze and report on best-selling products across Europe, to identify and maximize business opportunity
· You will manage the merchandise samples of every season making sure the sample collection is ready to be displayed in our internal showroom and presented to the management team and to other key stakeholders
· You will assist your Buyer on day to day activities and learn “on the job” by supporting on reporting, analytics, presentations, meetings preparation Buyer

Qualifications :

Requirements for this position include:

·  Minimum 1 year of working experience, possibly in a retail/fashion company.
·  Strong Excel knowledge is essential
·  Analytical skills
·  Passion for sportswear/fashion
·  Commercial mindset
·  Ability to work in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to manage multiple priorities by keeping a positive attitude and being able to work collaboratively with your team.
