Job description

As our B&M Space Planner , you will be a part of the team that ensures Nike Stores retail space reflects and sustains superior Nike presentation, space planning, and profitability requirements. You'll provide space planning, product presentation, and project management support in partnership with the Space Planning Manager. You'll work with our Space Planning Manager and other key partners to communicate clear, brand-enhancing spaces that meet all business requirements. You'll provide Nike Store-specific support for the execution of spaces consistent with Nike's retail presentation excellence standards. You'll be responsible for the implementation of space projects, including the establishment and monitoring of new store and remodel communication and business tools. You'll utilize retail specific software to maintain floorplans that support the Nike Store business and meet product presentation standards. You'll incorporate store specific planning and merchandise requirements into communication tools to be utilized by Nike Store team members. You'll be held responsible for maintaining a system that ensures accurate floorplans are accessible, archived and updated for Nike Store partners. You'll be accountable for planning, organizing, and prioritizing projects, so goals and objectives are met. You'll be responsible for product capacity validation projects specific to Nike Store fixture systems. Also, you'll be held accountable to ensure all processes and practices meet and uphold presentation excellence and sustainable brand standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Merchandising, Business or related field

· 2 additional years' experience is generally accepted in lieu of degree level education

· 1-2 years' work experience which could include retail design/store planning experience, project management (space or retail merchandising), retail visual presentation/merchandising, or retail business planning experience

· AutoCAD, Revit or other design or retail-based systems or programs are preferred

· JDA Floor Planning and Data Manager program experience is preferred

· Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft project or other project management software

· Adobe Illustrator (Creative Suite)

· Ability to read and understand retail design, fixture plans and documents

· Understanding of retail math

· Knowledge and work experience in a vertical corporate retail environment or in store operations is preferred

· Detail-oriented and strong multi-tasking skills
