Job description

The Account Operations Specialist (AOS) role is responsible for in-season order book execution for accounts to support sustainable and profitable growth for Nike. The Global accounts are key growth generators and require the greatest strategic focus. In partnership with stakeholders across the Integrated Account Team the Account Operations Specialist is accountable for achieving shipping targets through effective category inventory management and delivering superior consumer service for success at retail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team player:
 Enhance Nike's business and strategies with continuous focus on the consumer and to improve the service levels for all partners.
Consumer Focus:
 Understand and relate to Consumer and their needs, obtain a keen understanding of the market place, the in country requirements, culture and operational aspects of Key Consumers.
 Build and maintain relationships with key country consumer through direct interaction via phone, e-mail and chat in order to resolve issues, facilitate order placement, or answer questions.
Matrix Communication:
 Work across the organization in understanding and problem solving to create a positive impact on the business.
 Work x-functionally identify opportunities, execute business objectives.
Strategic & Supply Chain Management:
 Be an integral part of Sales team; create, and monitor account specific annualized business plans that are aligned to the Consumer, Territory and European Operations strategic plans.
 Target alignment & execution in close cooperation with Territory management team.
 Directly responsible for the order management process within the fulfillment process by managing the order portfolio, maximizing potential revenue opportunities and leveraging logistic infrastructure within total delivered cost.
 Supporting functions operationally in terms of growth plans both from a revenue and profitability point of view.
Drive projects & Process improvement:
 Define improvement initiatives and projects to support the Global Operations mission to “make Supply Chain an Engine for Growth” for accounts in Poland.
 Ensure supply chain performance is constantly monitored through specific metrics and drive actions to improve accordingly.

Desired profile

Min Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain Management or apprenticeship with multi-years'
experience in relevant field
 1-2 years of relevant experience in Commercial field and/or in Operations/Supply Chain
 Knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain and Sales environments & constraints
 Demonstrate conceptual understanding of Retail Marketplace & Nike Supply Chain business
models and characteristics, as well as industry best practices and trends.
 Proven skills/experience in managing supplier/consumer relationships
 Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including technical reporting skills.
 Consumer oriented with good understanding of the consumer's retail business.
 Strong understanding of processes and information systems and how technology can be applied to
gain efficiencies.
 Strong interpersonal skills/team player; able to engage and negotiate with the integrated account
team and account contacts on an operational/tactical level.
 Strong Communications in English verbal and written.
